The Upper Darby Royals basketball team (Drexel Hill, PA), was nudged 71-68 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Garnet Valley Jaguars (Glen Mills, PA)

The Jaguars now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Haverford for a Central battle on Thursday, December 22. Garnet Valley will battle a Fords team coming off a 65-48 league win over Ridley (Folsom, PA). The Fords record now stands at 5-1.

The Royals (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Conestoga (Berwyn, PA). The Pioneers come into the Central battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Conestoga was nudged by Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA), 71-49, in a league battle.
