Spectators at Tuesday's league test between the Sauk Centre Mainstreeters (Sauk Centre, MN) and the visiting Kimball Cubs (Kimball, MN), witnessed Sauk Centre's basketball squad beat Kimball by a margin of 76-59.

The Mainstreeters (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta (Morris, MN). The Tigers go into the AA Section 3 test with a 2-3 record.

The Cubs now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Eden Valley-Watkins for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 3. Kimball will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 67-60 league win over Montevideo (Montevideo, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
