Nevada High School Basketball - Laughlin winner over Spring Mountain

The Laughlin Cougars (Laughlin, NV) basketball felled the host Spring Mountain Eagles (Las Vegas, NV), 44-29 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Cougars (3-2) will now prepare for their test against White Pine (Ely, NV). The Bobcats go into the 2A Southern test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, White Pine was beaten by Lincoln County (Panaca, NV), 62-18, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Pahranagat Valley for a non-league test on Thursday, December 29. Spring Mountain will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 63-22 non-league loss to Lincoln County (Panaca, NV). The Panthers record now stands at 2-6.
