In Tuesday's league outing, the Lipan Indians (Lipan, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Poolville Monarchs (Poolville, TX), by a count of 82-53.
The Indians (15-1) will now prepare for their outing against Santo (Santo, TX). The Wildcats go into the 2A Region II District 11 outing with a 2-12 record.
The Monarchs now hold a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Aspermont for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 27. Poolville will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 60-42 non-league win over Hermleigh (Hermleigh, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 8-5.
