Ohio High School Basketball - West ripped by Walnut Ridge

The Walnut Ridge Scots basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting West Cowboys to 45 in the Scots league triumph on Tuesday.
The Scots now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakota East for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 27. Walnut Ridge will battle a Thunderhawks team coming off a 78-57 non-league loss to Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH). The Thunderhawks record now stands at 3-5.
The Cowboys (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH). The Nubians enter the Columbus City - South contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Africentric Early College triumphed over Lakota East (Liberty Township, OH), 78-57, in a non-league contest.
