Gateway Regional Gators (Woodbury Heights, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Audubon Green Wave (Audubon, NJ), 50-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Gateway Regional upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Gators travel to Gloucester City (Gloucester City, NJ) to clash with the Lions in a Colonial bout on Thursday, December 22. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Gloucester City lost 41-34 in their recent league bout against Lindenwold (Lindenwold, NJ)

Next up, the Green Wave clash with the Paulsboro Red Raiders (Paulsboro, NJ) in a Colonial bout, on Thursday, December 22. Audubon will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 30-14 league loss to Collingswood (Collingswood, NJ).
