South Hagerstown Rebels (Hagerstown, MD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Frederick Cadets (Frederick, MD), 57-53 in a league bout.

With the win, South Hagerstown upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Rebels travel to Tuscarora (Frederick, MD) to clash with the Titans in a Central Maryland bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Tuscarora lost 58-31 in their recent league bout against Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD)

Next up, the Cadets clash with the Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD) in a Central Maryland bout, on Wednesday, December 21. Frederick will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 64-21 league win over Governor Thomas Johnson (Frederick, MD).
