Garfield Boilermakers (Garfield, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions (Paterson, NJ), 42-14 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Garfield upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Boilermakers host Lodi (Lodi, NJ) to clash with the Rams in a Northwest Jersey - Colonial bout on Thursday, December 22. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Lodi won 41-27 in their recent league bout against Manchester Regional (Haledon, NJ)

Next up, the Lions clash with the Elmwood Park Crusaders (Elmwood Park, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 34-31 non-league loss to Saddle Brook (Saddle Brook, NJ).
