West Virginia High School Basketball - James Monroe crushes Montcalm

December 20, 2022: Lindside, WV 24951

James Monroe Mavericks (Lindside, WV) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Montcalm Generals (Montcalm, WV), 83-18 in a league bout.

With the win, James Monroe upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Oak Hill (Oak Hill, WV) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Oak Hill lost 61-31 in their recent league bout against Greenbrier East (Lewisburg, WV)

Next up, the Generals clash with the Twin Valley Panthers (Pilgrims Knob, VA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 29. Montcalm will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
