The Plainville Blue Devils basketball team (Plainville, CT), was toppled 41-30 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Maloney Spartans (Meriden, CT)
The Spartans now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berlin for a Central Connecticut - South Colonial battle on Friday, December 23. Maloney will confront a Redcoats team coming off a 56-48 non-league loss to Manchester (Manchester, CT). The Redcoats record now stands at 0-3.
The Blue Devils (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Platt (Meriden, CT). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Platt was toppled by RHAM (Hebron, CT), 43-30, in a non-league battle.
