Red Bluff Spartans (Red Bluff, CA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Pierce Bears (Arbuckle, CA), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans face the Shasta Wolves (Redding, CA) in a Eastern Athletic challenge, on Wednesday, January 11. Red Bluff will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record.

The Bears now have a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Colusa for a Sac Valley challenge on Tuesday, January 10. Pierce will face a RedHawks team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Gridley (Gridley, CA). The RedHawks record now stands at 3-4.
