Southside Tigers (Greenville, SC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Clinton Red Devils (Clinton, SC), 53-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Southside upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Tigers travel to Greenville (Greenville, SC) to clash with the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 6-2.

Next up, the Red Devils clash with the Newberry Bulldogs (Newberry, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 22. Clinton will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 62-58 non-league loss to Chapin (Chapin, SC).
