In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Comer Tigers (Sylacauga, AL) basketball squad beat the host Southeastern Mustangs (Remlap, AL), by a margin of 64-53.
The Tigers (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Appalachian (Oneonta, AL). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 8-4 record. In their last outing, Appalachian defeated Piedmont (Piedmont, AL), 68-62, in a non-league outing.
The Mustangs now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Piedmont for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 21. Southeastern will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 68-62 non-league loss to Appalachian (Oneonta, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-4.
