Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Edgewood Lions (West Covina, CA) and the host Ganesha Giants (Pomona, CA), saw Edgewood's basketball squad wallop Ganesha by a tally of 79-14.

With the victory, Edgewood improves its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Northridge Academy (Northridge, CA) to play the Pumas in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 26. The Pumas come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Northridge Academy won 73-15 in their recent league test against Fulton (Van Nuys, CA)

The Giants now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to La Puente for a Miramonte test on Wednesday, January 10.
