The Hempfield Black Knights basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Manheim Township Blue Streaks to 43 in the Black Knights league victory on Wednesday.

The Black Knights now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Penn Manor for a Lancaster-Lebanon 1 contest on Friday, January 5.

The Blue Streaks (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Boiling Springs (Boiling Springs, PA). The Bubblers come into the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Boiling Springs was nudged by Susquehanna Township (Harrisburg, PA), 57-54, in a league contest.
