Missouri High School Basketball - Otterville knocked off by Smithton

The Smithton Tigers basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Otterville Eagles to 39 in the Tigers league triumph on Wednesday.
The Tigers now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Slater for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Smithton will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 71-57 non-league loss to Hermitage (Hermitage, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-8.
The Eagles (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Calvary Lutheran (Jefferson City, MO). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record.
