The Dunellen Destroyers (Dunellen, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting South Amboy Governors (South Amboy, NJ), 36-22 in Wednesday's league test.

The Destroyers (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Timothy Christian (Piscataway, NJ). The go into the Greater Middlesex - Gold test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Timothy Christian notched a victory over Piscataway Vo-Tech (Piscataway, NJ), 50-31, in a league test.

The Governors now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Dunellen for a Greater Middlesex - Gold test on Monday, January 22.
