With the victory, Marshall improves its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Bonita (La Verne, CA) to confront the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 23. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Bonita won 64-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Valencia (Valencia, CA)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Rosemead Panthers (Rosemead, CA) in a Mission Valley challenge, on Monday, January 8. South El Monte will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record.
