Nevada High School Basketball - Pyramid Lake over McDermitt

December 20, 2023: Nixon, NV 89424

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Pyramid Lake Lakers (Nixon, NV) and the visiting McDermitt Bulldogs (McDermitt, NV), saw Pyramid Lake's basketball squad overcome McDermitt by a tally of 39-29.

With the victory, Pyramid Lake improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to Arcata (Arcata, CA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Arcata won 66-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Argonaut (Jackson, CA)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Jackpot Jaguars (Jackpot, NV) in a 1A East challenge, on Friday, January 5. McDermitt will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
