Sheridan Generals (Thornville, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Philo Electrics (Duncan Falls, OH), 49-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Sheridan upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Generals travel to Fairfield Union (Lancaster, OH) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Fairfield Union lost 46-31 in their recent non-league bout against Jackson (Jackson, OH)

Next up, the Electrics play the Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies (Johnstown, OH) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Philo will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record.
