Elma Eagles (Elma, WA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Black Hills Wolves (Tumwater, WA), 37-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Elma upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Shelton (Shelton, WA) to play the Highclimbers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Highclimbers go into the bout with a record of 2-7.

Next up, the Wolves play the North Beach Hyaks (Ocean Shores, WA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 21. Black Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Hyaks go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 44-32 non-league loss to Raymond (Raymond, WA).
