Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Kellis Cougars (Glendale, AZ), 100-28 in a league bout.

With the win, Willow Canyon upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Ironwood (Glendale, AZ) to clash with the Eagles in a bout on Thursday, January 4. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Ironwood won 76-33 in their recent non-league bout against South Mountain (Phoenix, AZ)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Sunrise Mountain Mustangs (Peoria, AZ) in a bout, on Friday, January 12. Kellis will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
