Coloma Comets (Coloma, MI) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team thwart the visiting Allegan Tigers (Allegan, MI), 63-54 in a non-league contest.
The Comets (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bangor (Bangor, MI). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Bangor was topped by Centreville (Centreville, MI), 76-38, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Fennville Blackhawks (Fennville, MI) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 10. Allegan will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record.
