With the victory, Appleton North advances its record to 4-2 on the year. The Lightning host Kimberly (Kimberly, WI) to meet the Papermakers in a Fox Valley match on Friday, January 3. The Papermakers enter the match with a record of 3-3.

The Spartans now own a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Allis Central for a non-league match on Thursday, December 26. Oshkosh North will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 77-74 league loss to Pewaukee (Pewaukee, WI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-3.
