Texas High School Basketball - Valley defeats Aspermont

The Valley Patriots (Turkey, TX) basketball were winner over the host Aspermont Hornets (Aspermont, TX), 51-36 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Patriots now possess a 15-1 record. They play next when they travel to Coahoma for a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. Valley will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 75-52 league win over Crane (Crane, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-7.

With the loss, Aspermont falls to 9-5 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Windthorst (Windthorst, TX) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 7-6. Windthorst won 56-35 in their recent league bout against Petrolia (Petrolia, TX)
