Texas High School Basketball - Lake Highlands holds off Berkner

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Lake Highlands Wildcats basketball team scored a close 71-65 triumph over the Berkner Rams.
The Wildcats (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against Steele (Cibolo, TX). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 17-1 record. In their last contest, Steele nipped East Central (San Antonio, TX), 64-62, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Rams confront the Centennial Titans (Frisco, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Berkner will attempt to better on its 10-8 season record. The Titans go into the contest with a 12-5 record after their 46-32 league win over Frisco (Frisco, TX).
