The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Bloomington Bobcats/Lady Cats (Bloomington, TX) and the visiting Louise Hornets (Louise, TX), observed Bloomington's basketball team overwhelm Louise by a score of 63-18.

The Bobcats/Lady Cats (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Karnes City (Karnes City, TX). The Badgers come into the non-league challenge with a 9-8 record. In their last challenge, Karnes City trounced Robstown (Robstown, TX), 59-26, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Hornets encounter the Flatonia Bulldogs (Flatonia, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 28 challenge, on Friday, January 3. Louise will attempt to improve on its 0-13 season record.
