In Friday's league contest, the visiting Cannon Falls Bombers basketball team scored a big 78-38 win over the Plainview-Elgin-Millville Bulldogs.
The Bombers (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against Triton (Dodge Center, MN). The Cobras come into the AA Section 1 contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Triton smashed Cotter (Winona, MN), 63-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Winona Winhawks (Winona, MN) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 26. Plainview-Elgin-Millville will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Winhawks come into the contest with a 0-7 record after their 70-54 non-league loss to Mankato West (Mankato, MN).
