In Friday's league contest, the host Eastside Catholic Crusaders basketball team scored a close 70-68 triumph over the Roosevelt Roughriders.
The Crusaders (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, JSerra Catholic was tipped by Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA), 65-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Roughriders battle the Lincoln Abes (Tacoma, WA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 26. Roosevelt will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Abes go into the contest with a 7-1 record after their 55-53 league win over Silas (Tacoma, WA).
