In Friday's league contest, the host Manchester Panthers basketball team scored a big 58-35 triumph over the Fairless Falcons.

The Panthers (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Chippewa (Doylestown, OH). The Chipps go into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Chippewa was trounced by Waynedale (Apple Creek, OH), 49-47, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons confront the Tuscarawas Valley Trojans (Zoarville, OH) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 23. Fairless will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 0-5 record after their 68-44 league loss to Hiland (Berlin, OH).
