The Freeman Scotties (Rockford, WA) basketball were winner over the host Liberty Lancers (Spangle, WA), 63-46 in Friday's league bout.
The Scotties now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they host White Swan for a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. Freeman will play a Cougars team coming off a 76-31 league loss to La Salle (Union Gap, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-6.
With the loss, Liberty falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Asotin (Asotin, WA) to play the Panthers in a 2B Bi-County bout on Saturday, December 21. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 7-0. Asotin won 61-44 in their recent league bout against Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna (Ritzville, WA)
