In their next game, the Firebirds confront the Cupertino Pioneers (Cupertino, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 21. Fremont will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Pioneers go into the contest with a 1-7 record after their 50-43 non-league loss to Independence (San Jose, CA).
