New Hampshire High School Basketball - Monadnock knocks off Hillsboro-Deering

In Friday's league contest, the host Monadnock Huskies basketball team scored a good 58-43 win over the Hillsboro-Deering Hillcats.
The Huskies (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Newport (Newport, NH). The Tigers come into the Division III contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Newport defeated Stevens (Claremont, NH), 61-37, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Hillcats battle the Raymond Rams (Raymond, NH) in a Division III contest, on Friday, January 3. Hillsboro-Deering will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Rams come into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 58-44 league win over Derryfield (Manchester, NH).
