The Lander Valley Tigers (Lander, WY) basketball edged the host Wheatland Bulldogs (Wheatland, WY), 48-43 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Douglas for a non-league bout on Friday, December 20. Lander Valley will play a Bearcats team coming off a 52-31 non-league loss to Thunder Basin (Gillette, WY). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Wheatland falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Powell (Powell, WY) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 21. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Powell lost 55-53 in their recent non-league bout against Douglas (Douglas, WY)
