The St. Edmund Prep Eagles (Brooklyn, NY) basketball were winner over the host LaSalle Academy Cardinals (New York, NY), 61-52 in Friday's league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Christchurch School for a non-league bout on Sunday, December 22. St. Edmund Prep will play a Seahorses team coming off a 54-35 non-league loss to Peninsula Catholic (Newport News, VA). The Seahorses record now stands at 5-6.
