The San Jacinto Valley Academy Wolves got by the visiting Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School Mustangs basketball squad by a final score of 54-50 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Wolves clash with the Desert Christian Academy Conquerors (Bermuda Dunes, CA) in a South Valley outing, on Monday, January 6. San Jacinto Valley Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.

The Mustangs (3-11) will now prepare for their outing against Classical Academy (Escondido, CA). The Caimans come into the non-league outing with a 2-7 record. In their last outing, Classical Academy held off San Pasqual (Escondido, CA), 43-40, in a non-league outing.
