The Penn Hills Indians basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Armstrong River Hawks to 38 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now have a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Bethel Park for a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. Penn Hills will confront a Black Hawks team coming off a 73-35 league win over Uniontown (Uniontown, PA). The Black Hawks record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Armstrong falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The River hawks travel to Neshannock (New Castle, PA) to confront the Lancers in a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. The Lancers go into the game with a record of 4-2. Neshannock won 47-6 in their recent non-league game against Laurel (New Castle, PA)
