Georgia High School Basketball - North Springs sneaks past Clarkston

The North Springs Spartans (Atlanta, GA) basketball edged the host Clarkston Angoras (Clarkston, GA), 47-44 in Friday's league bout.

The Spartans now possess a 4-10 record. They play next when they host The Weber School for a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. North Springs will play a Rams team coming off a 48-16 non-league loss to Furtah Prep (Acworth, GA). The Rams record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Clarkston falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Angoras travel to Towers (Decatur, GA) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Monday, December 30. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Towers lost 53-19 in their recent non-league bout against Coretta Scott King YWLA (Atlanta, GA)
