New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL), 49-41 in a league match.

With the victory, New Trier advances its record to 4-7 on the year. The Trevians travel to Naperville Central (Naperville, IL) to meet the Redhawks in a non-league match on Thursday, December 26. The Redhawks enter the match with a record of 7-6.

The Wildkits now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Guilford for a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. Evanston will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 98-38 league win over Rockford East (Rockford, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 7-2.
