The HEM Miners basketball squad (Hanna, WY), lost 48-31 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Niobrara County Tigers (Lusk, WY)

With the victory, Niobrara County advances its record to 6-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to Rock River (Rock River, WY) to meet the Longhorns in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 21. The Longhorns enter the battle with a record of 0-2. Rock River lost 47-26 in their recent non-league battle against Dubois (Dubois, WY)

The Miners now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southeast for a 1A Southeast battle on Saturday, December 21. HEM will meet a Cyclones squad coming off a 39-33 non-league win over Burns (Burns, WY). The Cyclones record now stands at 3-0.
