Nebraska High School Basketball - Weeping Water holds off Nebraska Lutheran

December 20, 2024: Weeping Water, NE 68463

The Weeping Water Indians basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Nebraska Lutheran Knights to 43 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Raymond Central for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Weeping Water will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 61-22 non-league win over Douglas County West (Valley, NE). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Nebraska Lutheran falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Osceola (Osceola, NE) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 2-3.
