In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Northwest Wolves basketball team scored a big 63-36 triumph over the Southeast Polk Rams.
The Wolves (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ankeny (Ankeny, IA). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Ankeny was routed by Cedar Falls (Cedar Falls, IA), 41-37, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Rams encounter the Norwalk Warriors (Norwalk, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 21. Southeast Polk will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 8-0 record after their 60-28 non-league win over Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA).
