The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Royal Knights (Royal City, WA) and the host Wahluke Warriors (Mattawa, WA), observed Royal's basketball team overwhelm Wahluke by a score of 59-19.

The Knights (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cashmere (Cashmere, WA). The Bulldogs come into the 1A South Central - East challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Cashmere trounced Kiona-Benton (Benton City, WA), 47-25, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors encounter the River View Panthers (Kennewick, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Wahluke will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record.
