With the victory, West Cabarrus advances its record to 5-3 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 3-2. Lake Norman won 56-35 in their recent non-league match against Statesville (Statesville, NC)

The Chargers now own a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Point for a non-league match on Friday, January 3. Cox Mill will face a Red Raiders squad coming off a 45-35 league win over Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 4-4.
