Florida High School Basketball - Wesley Chapel triumphant over Sunlake

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Wesley Chapel Wildcats (Wesley Chapel, FL) and the visiting Sunlake Seahawks (Land O' Lakes, FL), observed Wesley Chapel's basketball team overwhelm Sunlake by a score of 62-27.

The Wildcats (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Berkeley Prep (Tampa, FL). The Buccaneers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Berkeley Prep was routed by Bartow (Bartow, FL), 56-49, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Seahawks encounter the Fivay Falcons (Hudson, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 9. Sunlake will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
