The Blair Bears basketball squad (Blair, NE), was crushed 82-29 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Bennington Badgers (Bennington, NE)

The Badgers (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Elkhorn North (Elkhorn, NE). The Wolves come into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Elkhorn North trounced Standing Bear (Lincoln, NE), 72-44, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bears battle the Hastings Tigers (Hastings, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 2. Blair will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 48-42 non-league loss to Lincoln Northwest (Lincoln, NE).
