Texas High School Basketball - Jourdanton nips D'Hanis

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Jourdanton Indians/Squaws basketball team scored a close 60-54 triumph over the D'Hanis Cowboys.
The Indians/Squaws (9-8) will now prepare for their contest against Natalia (Natalia, TX). The Mustangs go into the 3A Region IV District 28 contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Natalia was tipped by Harvest Christian (Edinburg, TX), 68-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cowboys battle the Knippa Crushers (Knippa, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 31 contest, on Monday, December 22. D'Hanis will attempt to better on its 12-3 season record. The Crushers go into the contest with a 9-5 record after their 71-35 non-league win over Charlotte (Charlotte, TX).
