In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Elkhorn North Wolves basketball team scored a close 55-49 triumph over the Blair Bears.
The Wolves (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bennington (Bennington, NE). The Badgers go into the non-league contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Bennington nipped Elkhorn (Elkhorn, NE), 61-30, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bears confront the Elkhorn Antlers (Elkhorn, NE) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, December 23. Blair will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Antlers enter the outing with a 2-5 record after their 61-30 non-league loss to Bennington (Bennington, NE).
