Richmond Spartans (Richmond, MO) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, MO), 83-28 in a league bout.
With the victory, Richmond upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Spartans host Lawson (Lawson, MO) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 5. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 5-4.
Next up, the Trojans play the Hardin-Central Bulldogs (Hardin, MO) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 29. Carrollton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 54-53 non-league loss to Grundy County (Galt, MO).
