High Tech CV Bruins (Chula Vista, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Castle Park Trojans (Chula Vista, CA), 60-48 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, High Tech CV upgrades its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Holtville (Holtville, CA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 27. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 1-5. Holtville lost 75-18 in their recent non-league bout against Palm Desert (Palm Desert, CA)

Next up, the Trojans play the Mar Vista Mariners (Imperial Beach, CA) in a South Bay bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Castle Park will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Mariners come into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 58-53 non-league loss to Kearny (San Diego, CA).
